Billboards tracking people?

Anyone else wonder how easy it would be to put someone you want to track in the system then if you go somewhere near where this thing is it calls the Authority's on you?

Its what happens in Minority report, they can scan the Eye in that, this is facial recognition.

Just wait till we have microchips implanted in us. Those billboards can read who we are, were we live, our credit history, work history, criminal background, medical history, purchase history, hobbies and how much money in our account that we can spend and give us ads accordingly!!!
