Well sort of.

The FBI are in every major Canadian city...and then some...the CIA/CSIS have a good history....so does the ATF/RCMP/LOCALP....they are all here in Canada.

And if they ever wanted somone...like a terrorist they would simply grab him/her...throw them in a trunk and drive across the Port of Entry flashing the badges...etc....

Both Countries have pretty well merged and the spoils have long ago been divided up. Of course nobody has really let the cat out of the bag yet but when Mulroney and Reagan were doing that Irish jig together it was more of a business thing then anything else. lol
