This is a VERY interesting interview with Nikki Raapan.
Apparently under the Clinton administration, there was a program of citizen spying.

I've never been surveyed.
That kinda makes me feel like there's no privacy anymore.
Your neighbors telling the authorities what you do all day, and how you act and stuff. Really creepy.
