I walked up to a guy in a wheelchair and called him an f'n cripple and he said "wow your an observent a$$ foureyes" (I have glasses). Should I be prosecuted for that (hell I did it at work to boot) should I be prosecuted for being insensitive people????? All those things that you listed are legal and should always be legal, maybe the cripple wasn't a nice guy who knows and who cares. Did he go home and cry later maybe. Somtimes people will say things that hurt you but you need to just get over it.
