How do you upload a profile picture? Please Help!

Hi there all, I was just wanting to ask, how do you upload a profile pick? Sorry if I sound dumb, I'm new hear, been reading the forums for a while though!

Moderators, feel free to remove this as I am going to do soon anyway, but please give me enough time to read this or at least answer this!

Click on the MemCenter near top of page
The third box from the bottom says Avatar URL
Your pic will need to be on a site like PhotoBucket
Add the correct info in that box and your done
Your pic should be no larger than 160 pixels wide
