It's that time of year again to make promises to ourselves that we will probably not keep.:bnghd:

Have you made yours or have you given up on trying to change bad habits or create good ones?

I made mine and must say it's a tall order. If I can do it I will consider myself a winner.

My resolutions are:

1. To quit smoking. I'm cheating because I began taking Chantix 3
weeks ago.
2. To get my body in as good a condition as I possibly can.
3. To visit the Rocky mountains. Never been there.

Hopefully I can do all three but if I only keep one promise I will feel pretty good.

Are you making any resolutions? Will you share with us?

Happy New year to my ATS family.

Oops. Sorry anti-government I didn't see your thread about the same subject.

I've always been superstitious about New Year's resolutions. Every time I used to make them, it seemed as if they would always end up the complete opposite of what I was trying to do.
So what do is make one vow to myself at least two weeks after New Year's... (Yep, I am a bit odd!)

This year, I am working on two things: handling my (severe) depression and anxiety; and being a better sister, daughter, wife, and friend.

Good luck to you with yours! and Happy New Year!
