For Mr Stewart:
Count 1 12months
Count 2: min12 months- 48
count 3: min12-48
count 4:min 26-96 months
count 5: 15 years w/ parole after 5 years
count 5: Consecutive 12 months
Count 6: 12-72 months
Count 7: Min 60 months-180 months
Count 8: Min 60 months-180 months
Count 9: Min 18 months- 72 months

Credit for time served is 64 days

Oj Simpson sentence:

Count 1: 1 yr
count 2: 12 - 48 months
Count 3: min 12- 48 months
Count 4: 26- 120 months
Count 5: 15 years w/ parole after 5 years
Count 6: 15 years w/ parole after 5 years
Count 7: 60 - 180 months
Count 8: 60 - 180 months
Count 9: 18 months- 72 months
Count 10: 18 - 72 months

Credit for time served for 64 days.

Seems like he got the possibility of minimum in every count

Right now, OJ's lawyer is giving a civil war story to defend OJ.. I find it ludicrous.

This judge is known to give harsh sentences. So lets watch and wait and see if this judge gives him a sentence for his crime he is convicted for, or for murder 13 years ago. I took the snippet from the oj story on msnbc, and the link should bring you directly to the live feed.

Wow they just panned to Ron Goldman's father in the courtroom watching. Chilling. Gave me goosebumps. Imagine what he's feeling right now.

He looks like he is about to cry. Im sure she will think its all an act.

OJ did a good job. he said he was sorry, he admitted it was a bonehead thing to do, he said he loved the state.

The judge did not look theat impressed. I have a feeling she sees OJ as a Psychopath.

my only hope is that justice reigns supreme.

and by that i mean he gets a prison term that reflects ARMED ROBBERY, not murder

He got what he deserved,actually he deserves the death penalty for what he did before.

I agree. My faith in the justice system is renewed. He got the right sentence for robbery./

Note, keep in mind that the last couple counts were consecutive. Which means that the 5 years of parole might actually be at 8 years.

Most were concurrent, which means he serves all the counts at the same time.

They were saying that no one gets parolled their first year and they don't think that OJ will have a shot of even being able to speak at his parole until 6 1/2 years.

It was also mentioned that both men received the same sentence so that there was no way Simpson's lawyers could argue that he was being sentenced based on his past.

OJ got lucky again.

But what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, at least 5 years anyway.

Did anyone else see him pose after the sentencing and he was putting his glasses in his shirt pocket. His arrogance was apparent.

why are they calling him racist? cause he went to the trial hoping for some justice even if it wasn't justice for him and his family?

Or maybe it's because since oj is black and he wantsoj behind bars that the only reason he could want that is because he obviously hates black people.

I could hear people heckling them but couldn't make out what was being said. Are you sure they were being called racists? That makes no sense! I was hoping that the news would clarify what was being screamed but they haven't mentioned it - guess they don't want the hecklers to get any additional coverage.
