I think you forgot the massive and ever expanding, which is squirelled away and not in the recent lists. those companies often operate and take money by Credit card to California but register the companies as such in places such as the Cayman's for tax purposes.

The money is spent their though!

But good point too it has slided as such since that actual, statement I made from a source way back. Ascension of China etc... so slap taken...there is also a HUGE amount of Black economy (not being rascist as in non taxable) in migrant work, mexicans and drugs etc, which is worth taking into account too.
