I'm just playing devils advocate here but if there is a legitimate case that the US has ET technology or if NASA is hiding secrets that the governments of other countries would have already exposed it or at least made more of an effort to obtain those secrets?

One would think that other countries might be inspired to expose what they know about American programs much like when the Soviets released the satellite photos of Area 51. You would also expect that people such as Bob Lazar or John Lear would have been recruited to join another country's agency.

If you look at what has gone on with the espionage attempts to obtain nuclear and other technological advancement/secrets of the US, quite often people sell out to foreign powers. Would you not expect a more aggresive recruitment of American scientists or agents who are involved in black projects or have information pertaining to ET studies/technology.
Or more of an effort to expose the US involvement in this field?

GREY OPS(HIGHER THEN BLACK)..are so secretive that due to compartisation.. even the workers in the projects don't know what its for.. So if other goverments got anything it would be pieces of the puzzle not the whole thing.. Besides.. Only the U.S is in possesion of large amounts of element 115... which are only found in supernovas....Without this it would be impossible to start the reaction needed to promegrate the gravity wave... (reportedly it can be done with copper but very complex)
So they could have everything in place...but without the fuell its nothing more then a paper weight..
