Interesting person. Suspicious death? He died in London after suffering "a stroke". He was the Finance minister of Russia twice, and he was director of the World Bank! He was only 51 years old.

Boris Grigoryevich Fyodorov (Russian: Борис Григорьевич Фёдоров) (13 February 1958, Moscow – 20 November 2008, London) was a Russian economist, politician, and reformer. He was awarded a doctor of economics degree and authored over 200 publications. He served as Finance Minister of Russia from 1993 until 1994, when he resigned. Fyodorov was minister of finance of the Russian Federation in 1990. From 1991-1992 he worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 1992 he became director of the World Bank.

He was a member of the State Duma between 1994 and 1998. In 1998 becoming tax minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.

Russia’s Former Vice-Premier and two times Finance Minister Boris Fedeorov has died on Friday, November 20. Doctors from London’s Wellington clinic say the cause of death of the 51-year-old was from a stroke.

Boris Fedorov was put into hospital over a month ago on October 13. He collapsed during a business trip to the English capital and since then had been in a coma.
