The Vatican and the Intelligence Community

Looking through the vast connections between intelligence agencies, private corporations, esoteric secret societies, and the anti-Communist movements of the Cold War, one keeps coming back to the Vatican’s two most enigmatic groups, the Knights of Malta and the Opus Dei. Here’s a list of SMOM (Knights of Malta) and Opus Dei members operating in these realms:

James Jesus Angelton: Knight of Malta, worked for the OSS. Director of the CIA.

Konrad Adenauer: received the Magistral Grand Cross from the SMOM. Adenauer worked with the PanEuropea Union, founded by Count Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi (Jean-Robbin, in his book “Rennes-le-Chateau” identifies Coudenhove-Kalergi as a “synarchist”, and French author Maurice Girodias, in his personal letters, claims that Coudenhove-Kalergi supported the Synarchist organization called the “Estates General of the Youth”, which Jean Monnet was a member of) which paved the way for the EU. Helped Reinhard Gehlen establish the BND, the postwar intelligence agency in Germany. Adenauer was a member of Le Cercle.

Giulio Andreotti: Member of both the Knights of Malta and the Opus Dei. Member of Le Cercle. Worked with the Gladio stay-behind units organized by Reinhard Gehlen. Connected closely to the P2 Masonic Lodge, which assisted Gladio, and utilized the Vatican’s banks to smuggle funds.

Lynn Francis Bouchey: Knight of Malta, head of Moonie based CAUSA in Central and South America.

August Anheuser Busch Jr.: Founded that Beer Company, member of the 1001 Club. Family is connected to the Opus Dei.

William Casey: OSS agent, later CIA director. Member of Le Cercle. Member of the Knights of Malta. Co-founded the Jamestown Organization, along with Zbigniew Brzezinski, Dick Cheney, and Frank Carlucci (Carlyle Group, Wackenhut). Used P2 to fund the Solidarists in Poland. Friend of Roy Cohn, who has been connected to the JFK assassination. Helped with the funding of the Mujahedin with the help of the BCCI bank.

Frank Carlucci: Knight of Malta, member of the Carlyle Group, CFR, and Wackenhut. Seems to be connected to 9/11.

Albert Carone: Knight of Malta. CIA agent, colonel in the US Army, detective in the NYPD, made man in the Genovese family (Clint Murchinson, connected to the JFK assassination and sat on the board of FIDCO with Roy Cohn, was associated with the Genovese family). Acted as a go between William Casey and the Mafia. www.whale.to...

William E. Colby: Both a Knight of Malta and member of the Opus Dei. Richard Nixon appointed him director of the CIA. Operated in Operation Gladio. Acted as attorney for the Nugan Hand Bank, which ran drug money from Laos for Ted Shackley’s “Secret Team”, which I believed was the shooter team for the JFK assassination. Member of Le Cercle.

Edwin Feulner: Member of the Knights of Malta. Worked for the IMF and World Bank. Member of Le Cercle. Member of the Carlucci Commission on Security and Economic Assistance. Former member of the CFR.

J. Peter Grace: This one is doozy. Member of the Knights of Malta, member of the 1001 Club. Family closely connected to the JFK assassination. Involved in the CIA sponsored Radio Free Europe, run by Le Cercle Member/Knight of Malta Reinhard Gehlen. Member of the CFR. Ran an organization called the AmeriCares, which raised money for financial support in Central and South America. In Iran-Contra, acted to distribute funds from the World Anti-Communist League (founded by ex-Major General John Singlaub, who was a member of Ted Shackley’s Secret Team and friend of Le Cercle member Ray Cline, also a friend of Sun Myung Moon) to the Contras group. Many have speculated that these funds came from the Knights of Malta.

Reinhard Gehlen: Nazi spymaster, Knight of Malta. Worked in Operation Paperclip and Operation Gladio. Member of Le Cercle. Operated the BND and Gehlen Org, two post war Germany intelligene agencies. His people seem closely connected to the JFK assassination.

Licio Gelli: Head of the P2 Masonic lodge. Knight of Malta. Member of the Masonic Memphis-Misraim rite, the Synarchist branch of Freemasonry. Worked for the OSS in Operation Sunrise, which was connected to Paperclip. The CIA has been identified as being the actual head of P2, and Gelli is closely related to the Operation Gladio networks.

General Daniel O. Graham: Knight of Malta. Deputy director of the CIA under Knight of Malta CIA director Willaim Colby. Member of CAUSA, the Moonie cult created anti-Communist movement which worked with the AmeriCares and WACL in Iran-Contra.

Otto von Hasburg: Knight of Malta and Opus Dei. Member of Le Cercle. Helped with Coudenhove-Kalergi’s Paneuropa Union.

Bobby Ray Inman: Director of ONI, DIA, NSA, and FBI. Knight of Malta, director of Wackenhut, director of the Trilateral Commission, member of the CFR, head of the Jet Propulsion Lab Oversight Committee at Cal Tech which actually doesn’t exist.

Henry Luce III: owner of Time Magazine, Knight of Malta. Grandfather bought the Zapruder film and hid it from public eye, and was a major stockholder in Permindex.

John McCone: Knight of Malta, CIA director at the time of the JFK assassination.

Umberto Ortolani: Knight of Malta, Licio Gelli’s right hand man in P2

Alain Poher: Member of the Knights of Malta and Le Cercle. Worked closely with Jean Monnet and Robert Schumann.

General Giuseppe Santovito: Knight of Malta, former chief of Italian Secret Service, member of P2.

General Brent Scowcroft: Knight of Malta. Member of the CFR, Trilateral Commission, and Bildeberger.

General Joseph Edward Schmitz: member of Opus Dei and Knights of Malta. Former Pentagon inspector. Chief of Operations of Blackwater.

Cardinal Francis Spellman: Head of the American Knights of Malta, connected to P2. Worked for the CIA in Guatemala.

Admiral Giovanni Torrisi: Knight of Malta, Chief of Italian General Staff. Member of P2.

Jean Violet: Opus Dei. Founded Le Cercle. In WWII, he worked with the Synarchists supporting the Vichy regime. Worked closely with fellow Le Cercle members Robert Schumann and Jean Monnet (another Synarchist) which led to the creation of the EU.

General Vernon Walter: Knight of Malta, Le Cercle. Worked in Operation Gladio. Close friend of William Casey, William Colby, James Jesus Angelton, and Albert Carone. Acted as a go between for Ronald Reagan and the Pope.

William A. Wilson: Knights of Malta and Le Cercle member.

General E. David Woellner: Knight of Malta, member of CAUSA.
