Any1 heard of The Goblin Man Of Norway?

Hi folks!
I live in Norway, but i have never heard of this Goblin Man witch was found in
the northern part of Norway... Have any1 heard of this? I know there is a topic witch discuss The Goblin Man here already, but there is no one there ATM u see... I became very interested in this story, and I think you will be to... There has been made a documentary about the mysterious robotic creature, this is an amazing story people, true or not... Any thought or theories?

And no, we don't have Goblin Men here in Norway. But we have TROLLS! Strangely enough they often seem to pop up in threads here at ATS as well...

Yes, I have been in Norway all my life. I live here!

We have trolls here in Finland too. We see them now and again when we're on our walks in the forests. They don't frighten us though. I suppose they know we're of no threat and they keep on their path and let us be. Maybe we don't look tasty enough. lol

That is a secret... A well kept secret...

But we Norwegians here at ATS already have one placed on the inside. Hellmut the Mod is also from Norway. We are planning to take over this place completely. Then we will only allow the Norwegian language here when we begin to share our deepest and most scary secrets.

I have heard lots of myths about trolls and norway since childhood, some of them are fascinating. One of my most scariest memories is of a troll - remember the ladybird book for the 3 billy goats gruff, one particular picture in there disturbed me for years when i was little, so much so i was scared to walk over bridges . I dont think they would be able to do disturbing pics like that in todays childrens books:

Talking about scary, I still remember these guys from children's TV when I was little. Meet Pompel, Pilt and Gorgon the caretaker (in the middle). These creepy charachters have traumatized many boys and girls in Norway for life, and they still freak me out:

Ha,ha you pictures do not do this programme justice. I had to look just out of curiousity. I watched the whole 10 mins although i didn't understand a word. I kinda liked its weirdness to be honest but as a kids programme this does not work at all. If i had watched this as a child i KNOW i would have had nightmares, its freaky in so many diffrerent ways. As a kid i would always try to imagine myself as the main chatachter, just imagine being i the childs mind following the journey of the charchter throughtout this programme - uncomfortable. Todays trolls aint exactly pretty either.

Brilliant! I haven't seen Pompel & pilt since I was a kid. I never understood why my brother thought they were so scary.
