Yeah its from an old video that was made to be a hoax. It's called Alien Abduction I believe.

I think so, I saw a remake of this too. The remake is a known hoax and I think the same is true to the original. Of course im just assuming that, I've never seen the full original.

They eventually turned it into a movie and had credits role at the end if it's the same one I'm thinking of.

nice little hit job on Tom Dongo and Lt Col Donald Ware.
One interview over this "supposedly real" footage and as soon as it is revealed to be a media production they are shown to be gullible and will happily authenticate any "evidence" placed in front of them.
