My band is called The Illnation (formerly The Illumination). We're a punk band from Australia, but we define our genre as more sex-rock lol.

Codebreaker Beautiful.

Experimental project, still steadily manifesting itself. Channeled frustration in response to the aggressions of the times.

or you can simply call it "Military Chick Rock".

The Surfis. It is like chill electronica. not like dancey, is melodic. Kind of like Air, if anyone has heard of them.

I love an opportunity for a shameless plug.

I got sick of playing in bands. So I went solo and haven't looked back since. I now have my own one man death metal project which I have named Symphony of the Scarlet Moon. I chose the name based on Biblical passages which speak of the sun turning black and the moon turning red as blood at the end of times. When translated from BS to english, Symphony of the Scarlet Moon literally means "music of the apocalypse".

Musically speaking, Symphony of the Scarlet Moon plays a strange brew of melodic death metal, symphonic black metal, and gothic ambient music. Fast and brutal, but also melodic and atmospheric.

My lyrical content deals mostly with matters that are eschatological, theological, and paranormal.

Here is the link.

Check them out Gus on guitar is awesome, Blayne on Vocals is incredible, Arthur is the driving force on Bass. Lastly is the most recent member Keith on Drums, Keith has played with Gus and Blayne for like 20+ years, just not in this band until now.
They are an decent, entertaining band well worth seeing over and over again

Hi there, first post in BTS, I am the drummer in a Latin Rock band that goes by the name of Before Time (Antes de Tiempo). We are based in London, UK, and we play a mix of English and Spanish covers.
Some of the English songs we do are;
Sweet Home Alabama
Wish You Were Here
Sister Golden Hair
knocking on Heaven's Door
The Man who Sold the World
Wonderful Tonight.

Spanish songs include;
A Tientas
Lamento Boliviano
Labios Compartido
Ana
La Musica Ligera
Un Buen Guerrero
A Dios de Pino
Corazon Espinado

The band is very mixed in personnel, the guitar/vocalist is from Ecuador, the lead guitar hails from Israel, Bassist is Polish, and I am the token Brit on drums.
We mostly gig in bars and functions around London, You can see a few of our videos at our page,

Maybe catch you at one of our gigs!

Roy.

Ska/reggae at its very best.
I play the trombone... and its getting better and better and better

It'd be nice if we could take over the music world, but so long as we're playing gigs, and getting paid (without handing a slice to Mr Taxman), then its all good =D

No myspace account yet but here are some stills of the bands I play in.
Django jazz, Southern Rock, Contry and Blues

Notice that it's me [bass] and the guitar player in all the bands.
We also play as a duo in beer joints, bars, coffee houses, small festivals and private partys. We also do some session work; usually for Christian,
women keyboard/singer/songwriters for a small recording studio; mainly promoting gospel music.

I prefer playing for rowdy beer drinkers and hell raisers.

Not in this band, but I do their promotional photography, album art, graphics, etc. I thought I might as well promote them here.

Their name's Blackshaw, and they're a band in Sydney Australia.
