Not a bad idea? This is a terrible idea, this is the financial side of the new world order, centralisation of financial systems..

If they did, it would only be for a few days. In fact several countries have already done that. Russia, Iceland India - on and on.

Sometimes it's a good idea to let people cool off and to get the emotion out of the trading.
