How many of you have seen UFO's?

here's one of mine.

i've seen this. it was in the middle of a city beside an apartment building. that's my new exciting web page, ha.
i've also seen, as described above what first appeared as stars, and then began zigzagging at incredible speeds. that night, there was also a slow moving, larger light(like a mothership, maybe?).
there were others with me both times.
i've had two others, but i was alone, and they may have been planes. i doubt it, though.
also had missing time(and gained time, which i've never heard of), during a very bizarre period of my life. i witnessed on three occassions, during this period, triple banded strobe lights at ground level(cooincidently, the same pink color as the "plasma" ship in the photo). they were there flashing, and then they were gone. anybody seen that? kinda like garden path lights
what's funny to me, is how badly everyone wants "proof". testimony stands up in a court of law, if there is enough of it. there is so much testimony from the last fifty years, you could fill a library. i would say MOST people have had some "weird" experience. ask around and i will quickly be "proved" right. this thread is a good indicator.

I have a memory of seeing a UFo when i was very young - infact i ws that young that i cant be sure anymore if it was real or not. But when i was young my parents and i moved from england to portugal. When we lived there we often went on long car journeys to other places as we could now go overland ...i remember lots of these journeys. I used to lie on the back seat of the car looking up throug hthe window at the stars. I remember us driving down a road that went through ltos of open space and fields and seeing this ufo very close and i starred at it as it , almost fixated until it dissapeared. I then sat up and told my mum, who was driving, that i'd seen somethig in the sky. I dont think i could describe it well , and had never heard of ufo's and she dismissed it.......
well thats the memory i have, as to whether its real, well i liked sci fi programmed when i was young, or who knows i could have nodded of and dreamt it....

What do you mean? I think I saw shooting stars like 2 or 3 times in my life time. Are they really that rare??

I have family who live in Norfolk, England.

When driving up the A12 road, myself, partner and daughter are guaranteed to see bright lights shortly followed by Black helicopter sightings, we have seen as many as 10 on one journey.

I admit, we do pass about 5 US/RAF bases en route, but we also go by Rendlesham Forest.

I have seen many, but never up close and personal. I see black helicopters every day. They are built a couple miles from me in Mesa, Az.

BACK ENGINEERING ANCIENT UFO

I remember a few years ago, on a cool summer night, I was sitting on the front stoop of my house, looking at the lightning bugs. I had cought something out of the corner of my eye, and looked up to see what it was. Up above in the sky was what can only be described as 2 red globes. They were looping, and bobbing, creating what most people call a "figure eight", these orbs continued to do this for abit. I ran inside to go get my family to watch this with me. When we all came out, a cop had stopped his car infront of my house too, and had gotten out of his car to watch the lights too. We approached the cop, and asked him if he knew what the lights were. He was just as baffled as us. The 2 lights continued to do this for abit longer, and then were joined by 4 other lights. The 4 lights grouped up with the previous 2 lights, and began to do more complex maneuvers. Creating circles, spirals, zig zags, mid air stops, and what ever else you can think of. After a bit more time, the UFO's then began to part ways. 1 headed south, 2 headed north, another headed South West, and the remaining 2 seemed to ascend higher, and higher untill out of visible range. In total this whole experiance lasted about 8-9 minutes. We had made calls to the local news, but they treated us like we were crazy, and we tried calling the local airport to see if anything unusual was reported, apparently other people had seen the lights too, and reported it, but there wasn't much more they could offer us as information.

To this day I still dont know what the UFO's were, but I am sure that they were not regular aircrafts. They were traveling at extremely high speeds, and I don't know of any other aircrafts that can simply "Freeze" in mid flight. My father was in the airforce as well, and is baffled by this situation as well. I also am pretty sure that the lights were not "Party/Spot lights" because that night was a crisp, clear night, with not a cloud in the sky. So there was nothing that a "party light" or "high powered spot light" could be projected on. I still think about those UFO's to this date. Trying to figure out what they were/are.

I have two stories to tell which both happend 4 years ago. i was about 14 at the time.

1~ I was going with family up to King's County,(I live in California) and I'm sitting in the back seat of the jeep we were in when I look out the window to my right just to spot a silver sphere sitting atop the sierra nevadas. I must have been staring at this thing for 2-3 min. when i look forward to my mother who was sitting in the passenger seat next to the driver striving to get her attention to this thing in the sky. By the time i get her attention, the sphere vanished.


2~ Another time I was taking a drive with my dad and his cousin out on the dry lakes, (I live in Lone Pine, Ca. at the time) and as we were spinning doughnuts and what have you i car hit a rock or something and totally screwed the front right tire up therefor leaving us stranded out on these lakes at about 1 in the morning, about a mile from town. But anyways, as we were all walking back towards town, i hear a jet behind us. To my amazment this jet which was no higher then 2,000 feet in elevation was chasing this blue orb right next to the hills. I had no idea what it was and i almost # myself I was so scared. After that I couldn't go to sleep that night because in my mind I had that blue orb glued to my thoughts.


~Here is another little incident that i heard from a close friend of mine that still bothers me to this day. He as well lived in Lone Pine, Ca. with me at the time. But one day we just happend to start talking about the unexplained. And he told me this one story about a fishing trip he went on with a few friends not too far from town. A little spot off one of the highways going towards death valley and eventually las vegas. But as they were all out there fishing and goofin' off, my buddy decides to take a little walk to take a piss. After a little ways he sees this glowing light coming up from behind a knoll(small hill), and this was easy to spot considering that it was about 11 at night if not later. Anyways, as he approaches this eerie glow he sees this ball of light hovering over the ground about 2-3 feet. This is when he gets spooked and decides to hit the ground and observe hoping not to be noticed. As he watched this thing for a few minutes, a huge pick-up truck with a camper shell pulled up, then another, then three more coming to a total of five of these huge trucks which encircled this object. As he watched, unidentifiable men got out the these trucks (two from each) with uzies, shotguns, etc, etc. As my freind lay still as a bug watching this show, the object seemed to merge from a simple ball into an entity in which he described to resemble a grey except with exceptionally long arms. These men with the weapons unload their entire clips,shells, whatever into this being dropping it like a fly meeting a swatter. the men load the body into a truck, then drive off leaving no trace fo the incident. My friend went back to the fishing spot where his friends wait wondering where he was but yet he decides not to mention the little show just a small walk away. Yet they heard the gunshots as well and asked whether or not he heard them. He just played stupid and said that he became a little lost after taking a piss. He has only told two people about it. Me and his gf which he just recently had a kid with.

I have not only seen many UFOs, but I have also been inside them as an abductee. I also saw black helicopters fly over my house when I lived in AZ.
Fortunately, my experiences with the ETs have been GOOD, not horrible.

i ve seen it so many time,from what i seen every time their arrival they are using the southern australia as a window to landed in earth orbit from base ship destination to our earth . the ufo(flying saucer) actually is a small transportation .their base ship always very far aways from our earth.

Couple of years back during some military exercises in the mountains me and another couple of grunts saw some pretty strange stuff......

Could you go into more detail about your sighting? If you aren't under any oaths of national security to keep your mouth shut, please fill us in on the some of the details.

I will give you 2 of the best.

We were in the Southern Alps of NZ in the mountains there was a group of 4 of us.

The exercise was basically a "YOMP" to the top of one of the higher peaks to sign a piece of paper (which was supposedly to be checked at some later stage.. ) The paper was buried in a biscuit tin under a pile of rocks close to the summit,which took us a while to locate....... (dumb grunts... ha ha)
We neared the peak and and signed the knackered book and decided to roll on back down (non-tactical.. too buggered..for any "SNEAKY BEAKY STUFF" )

We decided to wait on one of the many ridges on the way down,and take a break.

We all sat in the darkness and saw the lights in the distance and basically sat there stunned at their erratic movements,sure it could have been a climatic thing..
I and the others tried to convince ourselves of that at later dates.

In the mountains of NZ and its environs I have seen some other weird stuff like lightning striking the ground at vey low levels.
And some of the storms we get are unreal.

But during a civilian exercise.... ha ha ha "FISHING" off the coast of Wellington me and a friend snuck onto one of the "FISHING PROHIBITED" wharves at night to fish for BARRACOUTA (great fighting fish and night scavenger/predator).

We were very familiar with the tides and regularly checked the papers for high\low tide and always fished during the high tide.
The night in question was just a perfect night vey still and high tide was at about midnight and we arrived at the wharf just a few mins before,climbed the fence..... blah blah.....

We started to attach the wire traces to the mono and then leaned over to look at the water and the tide was out.................waaaaay out there were parts of the piles of the wharf that I had never seen before showing.
(I knew this area very well having grown up there).

That alone was weird,then came the usual arguments "ahhh you got the times wrong".... "no you did...." etc.

Next thing we knew was the tide started to come in....and I kid you not the water was rushing in like a slow current and bringing in a hell of a lot of driftwood and similar debris.

Next thing I know is I am looking at my mates face which is green with a very weird glow in the almost pitch conditions.
He had this aghast look on his face as he looked high above me.
I didnt have to look far to see what he was looking at it was a huge firey ball many times the size of the sun decsending toward the southern horizon....

I tell you I was stunned and it dissapeared down below the horizon and the sky flashed from north to south in two intermittent flashes....just like a camera as the flash primes....
There was no sound and the pair of us stood there for about 5mins in total silence.....

The flash was seen from the Kaikouras to the Kapiti coast by numerous people up the coast of the eastern side of NZ.
I found that out because I actually called the POLICE!!!
They took my name and details,my mate was sure there were going to be guys with straight jackets and white van arrive.

But to my surprise instead I had a visit from 1 National news (NZ TV) and they interviewed me and a few others from dIfferent parts of NZ... (my 1min of fame)

I later tried to find out what the US Science team that came had found and was told that it was a ball of dust the size of my fist that had fallen to Earth between the South pole and NZ.....And I tell you what my fist aint that big!!!

If I hadnt seen it I wouldnt believe it.....

about 4... ufos in the past 5 years...(all seprate incidents)

one was an odd light that was traveling very fast across the entire lenth of the sky...

one that seamed to have a jet escort ... similier to the previous one...shot into clouds at high speed...

one was a flashing light that kept apearing and disapearing... untill a hellicoptor went towards it and it shot of at high speed...

and one that was similier to the first 2 but had a jittery movement and didnt seam to be on a set path...

these were all at night and were completely silent apart from the hellicoptor chased one with had a humming sound... and looked more like 3 lights... i think it was a triangle...

as in night all apart from the hellicoptor chased one were in complete darkness... the chased one was in evening time/sunset

I've only had one UFO sighting in my life, but it was fairly good.

1980. Exact date unknown as of this moment. I was four years old and asleep in my bed. A very loud and strange vibration noise awoke me. My bed was right next to the window and I pulled back the curtain to witness what appeared to be a flying triangle about 100 feet from my house at treetop level. It was around 50 feet in length all together. It was lit up like a christmas tree with lights all over it. Some big lights, some small. The area directly underneath it was illuminated like you would see a lightning flash hit at night. Fairly well-lit. The loud noise continued throughout the entire sighting. I watched it for a minute or so and then it flew away. I then went back to sleep.

I didn't think anything of it being four years old. I thought it was something normal. When I told my mother about it the next day, I even waited until night when I went to sleep to tell her I had seen a flying triangle making some weird noise (which I repeated back to her) as I didn't think it was all that exciting for some reason. I didn't know to call it a UFO as I wasn't aware such things existed. Over the next few years I would bring it up from time to time, but it eventually faded from my conversation.

It was so close that I've wondered if anything else happened that night, but thats all I can recall. I may one day go in for hypnotic regression and get all the details of the sighting that I can.

I did have two much lesser sightings that I "think" were UFOs back in 2000 that were a month or two apart. Though since I am unsure if they were high alitude airplanes or lower to the ground cylinders without wings.

Anyway, in July 2000, I was mowing a lawn and I look up to see a really slow moving horizontal silver cylindrical object. This thing was seriously sluggish in movement. I couldn't see any wings on it as I usually can with airplanes. This was a bright sunny day with no cloud cover. The object was really shiny and glinted in the sunlight. Though as I am unsure, I don't consider it much of a UFO sighting, if it is one at all. Anyway, I watched it for a good 5 minutes or so make its way towards the horizon as lazily as it could go.

The second one came about a month later driving in my truck. I look up, and I see the exact same kind of sluggish silver cylinder type thing. It was moving in the direction i was going so I saw it several times when I looked up. I eventually lost it though. Again, I didn't see any wings like I usually do with planes. Just a horizontal silver cyllnder. Again, not a good sighting.

My dad had what he thinks was a UFO sighting a few weeks ago. Travelling on the road, he looks up, and for around 5 seconds, he sees what he described as a flying "jack" that glowed different colors. The term jack is used as in the old game of jacks where you bounce a ball and pick up those little metal things. The metal things is what the object looked like. Basically a grouping of spikes with rounded knobs on the spike end points. He said it changed colors really quickly as well. Since he was driving fairly fast, he didn't see it for long, so it wasn't a good sighting either.

I saw an exteremly small, glowing blue ufo pass within a few feet of me once in Joshua Tree NP. It was very fast and manuverable, it flew right between my girlfriend and I. We got a good look at it. The only problem was there could have been a small amount of psilocybin involved.

I recently encountered several strange lights in the sky one night in september. they traveled from south to north and back again they would stop and start frequently, and disappear and reappear in a completely different area. they definitely were not planes I live kinda close to dia and there were planes all over the sky that night. these lights were lower and a bluish color, I'm curious if any one else saw the same as me or at least heard about it

3~Orlando, Fla, after daily 2PM thunder shower, appox 2 sec. observed form, 200 ft up & away (similar to AMC Gremlin automobile)

4~Phoenix, AZ 1996, Dec 4, 11:30PM, E to W direction
elev. 120 ft , distance 80-90 ft north of me-- three 'footballs' 'owls' appox 12ft apart in a 'V', steady/level flight as if 'gliding'
12:20 AM, three 'footballs' 'owls' 'gliding birds' in same tight 'V' formation, same elev (120' max) directly overhead--> traveling W to E this time...silent running

5~Phoenix, AZ 1997, Mar 15th? witnessed what is known as the Phoenix Lights...(not so impressive!)
actually all week long there were fireworks, search-beams and mini-blimps in a dozen areas of Phoenix, night & day (except for the search beams...there were Desert Sky Pavilion concerts/activities and then some gala, grande openings occurring that whole week or two

6~Lucid Dream or Vision --> Dosen't Count, but i seen one crystal clear orb, perhaps 70 feet dia (long as house with dbl garage) colors & forms moving inside...the sphere/orb, was not smooth but faceted like a diamond, but was considered a round orb/sphere.
