Apple is investigating damning claims, published in a leading French newspaper, that its computers emit a toxic odour containing chemicals including the cancer-causing benzene.

Liberation cited an anonymous researcher from the French National Centre for Scientific Research, who had his Mac Pro desktop tested for the toxins after he detected a strong odour emanating from the machine.

It is basically saying a desktop apple pc is emitting toxic fumes the board forums for apple/mac lovers they claim apple knew about this problem before they started to shipped the pc to the market.

What do you guys think of this???

People claim it smells so bad and the smell fills the room.
