So a revote is called for Wednesday night for this bailout plan. 'No' is apparently not an answer for The President or Wall Street. Stand your ground people. Any member of congress responsible for voting this in should be voted out by next year. I'm an english man but I am damn proud of Americans right now for standing up against these tyrants. We will all suffer globally but to say no is to stand up to our responsibilities and address our problems now, not let them go on and get worse. I'm hoping the power of the people will rise again tonight and show these ... (God, I wish I could swear on here, its justified) evil dictators how irrelevent they are. I think I can safely say that a great number of English people are thinking the same thing right now.

apparently the reason the first vote failed is that most of the 'voters' are up for office again soon...they needed votes from the public..and so they listened to the publics complaints.

this second vote will be different..this time the Senate will vote..and they..personally dont need the public soon.

this will go through regardless...its like the irish EU vote..the irish people voted against the new EU bill...and what do the politicians do?...they say there will be another vote..and another..and another...untill they get the result they crave....and if they dont they will go ahead anyway...

You're probably right my friend...but my fingers are crossed anyhow. In my heart of hearts, I want the best for the people. Just for once, I want to see them prevail and I want to see something done for the common good.

Get on the phone and call capital hill. Tell your senators you don't want this piece of socialists crap passed. If we are going to have a "bailout" or a "recovery bill" then by God, let's at least have public hearings on this so the voters can make an intelligent decision.
