Sen. Joe Lieberman a Republican?

Does anyone remember when Senator Joe Lieberman was a Democrat? He has since switched to an Independant and now supports John McCain for president. It would be my guess that he carry's the Jewish vote and this will get McCain into the White House. The Jewish Americans although a minority are "Block Voters", in other words they make a decision about who they are going to vote for and they all stick together. Being a minority they can overturn elections by sticking together, something other Americans have yet to learn!

Don't call Lieberman a Republican. He's a neo-con. He's all about nanny-state government paired with hawkish world policing. He was a neo-con when he was a (D) and a neo-con as an (I). If you don't think there are these war-mongering socialists in every party you're fooling yourself. Hell, Obama is one. He wants to inflate the nanny-state to ever higher degrees and rush into Pakistan guns ablazin'.

Lieberman is a proxy-official for the State of Israel. He sides with whatever party he thinks he can affect the greatest pro-Israel policies. Listening to the speeches last night (Ghouliani comes to mind) it appears having a pro-Israel policy is critical to our survival as a country. In my opinion, Lieberman is nothing more than a glorified Israeli lobbyist.
