You are raining on my thread lol

Anyway I have to wonder if the Port Authority was embarrassed when they found out.

I could see how they would not let the public know.
Beside if the word got out it could effect the income the building was already makeing.

If people found out that the WTC were not stable no one would want to lease any space in the trade centers.

I am sure thats was for starters, what if the insurance company found out?
They would have drop them like a hot potatoes.
Yes Sirrrreee it would be a high risk to hold insurance on the twin towers.
I also have to wonder if this violated safety issues.

I am not saying thats what brought the building down.
What I am saying is why did NIST know about this.
Remember to be looking for the truth, you have to look at both sides
There is truth on both sides.

Explosion: maybe?
Pancake: (my opinion) highly unlikely

So they are saying that they would have had to rebuild the entire outside of the structures any piece of metal on the outside walls holding up the plates would have to be replaces at a huge cost.

So instead of fixing the WTC and paying what it would cost to in the middle of a very busy city it was easier for them to destroy the buildings under the table and take the insurance?

It might be better to name this thread named something like "Reason to demolish WTC"
