How does one get off the Grid and protect himself from the Agenda?

You can't, thetruth. Everything you know about the Agenda is nothing more than a smokescreen to cover up the real Agenda--and there are at least 7 agendas in between the two.

Whatever you logically think you can do to avoid extermination is exactly one of the already-anticipated reactions included in the Agenda. So in essence, you'll be hopping from the frying pan into the fire.

I'd suggest you try to make the most out of your life while you still can. Get some fresh air. Maybe see some movies. Tell people you love them. Snuggle a puppy.
