I have to disagree

i think this election year is an exception to that line of thinking

why?

We have a democratic congress who refuses to work with a republican president and a republican pres who refuses to work with a democratic congress

we have a democratic candidate for president who the congress seems to listen to and take the advice of

we hvae a republican candidate for president who follows in the footsteps of geroge w. bush.

So do you want 4 years of change

or do you want 4 years of thes ame bickering from both sides of the aisle?

McCain is no different, and he'll prove it if you elect him POTUS.

I'm issuing this warning now. Vote for McCain if you want to....just dont complain in 3 and 1/2 years when this country is in even more crap than it is now, as a direct result from the republican POTUS you helped elect into office

a vote for mccain?

It'll be a mistake. You wait and see.
You'll get what you vote for - and you wont like it.

wrong wrong wrong.. Democrats would have to work with McCain Or Congress will go back to Republicans in 2010.

And whats with you and Bush. You already admitted that the people allowed Bush to pass all his agenda. So I guess Bush wasn't that bad after all if the people allowed him to do it.

Are you using scare tactics to get people to vote for Obama now?. I thought that only the McCain People were the ones who use scare tactics.

AS far as the racist thing, I think we are all racist at one time or another.

Not wrong wrong wrong, and there's no scare tactic.

If you are afraid of the GOP - well...i couldnt blame you - but there's no fear tactic.

I admit - the american people let bush get away with the things he did.

That doesnt mean the things he got away with were okay.

OJ got away with murder. Does that mean murder is okay?

I am glad to hear you say this.

Sometime Congress and the President agree to pass things with or without the approval of the voters. Just look at the real ID act, Patriot act, Fisa. Both share the blame.

Washington is full of racists, bigots, and homophobes from both parties.

A fitting truism to end the thread.
