I need some facts on what america did in panama, they way the killed and tortured people. Pictures and video clips would be good.

No, he mean the people USA forces killed while removing Noriega.

Usa tested new laser weapons. A jeep was cut in half by such a weapon.

USA destroyed all military capabilities of Panama, not just removed Noriega. The reason? Panama Channel was to be patrolled not by USA forces by 2.001, but by Panamanian forces. Destroying their Army, USA ensured they would be Patrolling Panama Channel a fair longer time.
