Fog - like entity caught on cam

Surfing through liveleak i stumbled upon the following :Ghost caught on security tape at gas station ?


I have absolutely no clue how to explain the behaviour of what i can only call a patch of blue fog
It moves in a controlled pattern as it seems, disassembles and reassembles as it takes a turn ,waits and then disappears

I do not doubt that it might be a hoax, but i certainly need an explanation on how it was done
If not ...then .... I'm speechless

I have seen that before. They tried to recreate it, were almost successful, but ultimately failed.

They DID recreate it, it was a bug crawling on the camera. Too bad to, it was cool for a while.
