Leaders of EU and Mediterranean rim countries are gathering in Paris to launch a Union for the Mediterranean.

European union
African Union
South American union

Lets see how many more are left.
South Asian economic union
pacific union
Middle east union
Asian union.

At least in US the people associate the North American Union as a conspiracy(wiki and msm) and the govt denies so North America is better off for the time being.

I am waiting to see if they encounter any resistance when they merge all the unions together.

Mediterranean Union will be linked to the European Union, the French and British wanted the Mediterranean in the official European Union but the German's said no.

But, it will still have trade links with the European Union.

In fact, if you look at an old map, the European and Mediterranean Union covers pretty much the same land/area as the Roman Empire.
