I recently watched an interview with the late film producer, Aaron Russo, and he talks about the government wanting to replace cash with an RFID chip-implant. Before people get all freaked-out, they need to remember that the government funds its black projects with drug money, so as long as people are on drugs..... Also, you need cash to bribe the politicians, to sell weapons on the black-market, illegal gambling.... Furthermore, industry would need to be created around the RFID-chip, which would include normal people working the computers. How in the world would a person, who hasnt worked in 20 years, be able to put his $million dollars on the chip without someone asking questions?

He wouldn't. Just like you can't just go and deposit millions in the bank with out someone asking questions.

Could you elaborate on your question a little more, than maybe I can formulate a proper response.
