Yeah, and if time is limited messing with food and sleep is necessary. Years ago a professor teaching a health class said "If you ever go away for a
weekend meditation/self improvement type retreat always put a jar of peanut butter in your luggage".
That little jar of peanut butter can make a BIG difference if foods are low protein or tainted just a bit so the "recruits" won't eat much. Many
people can be broken down, or have "emotional breakthroughs" quick via sleep deprivation and protein restriction.
