my neck

ok, about two weeks ago, i woke up and BAM, huge pain in my neck, i couldn't move it, its been two weeks now, and nothing has changed much, i can turn my neck a little but not much, i have been using rub A535, and its not doing much, can someone help me out with this please, i want to know if there is any permanent damage, or if I'm just paranoid that little gnomes are coming into my room, and trying to snap my neck, on a nightly basis.

I've checked out a few sites, and nothing, ive found something similar, but im still thinking the gnomes are to blame.

on a more serious note, i really cant find anything, nothing that would account for two weeks of pain

Honestly, it is probably the gnomes, the green ones! LOL

No, if I were you, I would see a Doctor. It could be a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle. Pain for that long isn't good and the longer you wait, the worse it could be getting. At least call your Doctor!
