I think it safe to say that people who come to ATS are already well-versed in the various ways that governments seek to govern the People without consent...From the Federal Reserve governing our economy against Constitutional writ, to the IRS enforcing unauthorized tax obligation, to the Patriot Act which denies Human Rights, to...well, you get the idea already.
Another system of governing people without their consent seems to be civil-level ecology regulation: In effect, telling Citizens where & how they can build homes with arbitrary ecology-based regulations.
In other words, Politics being imposed over the Nature of the World itself.

The following articles were gleaned from World Net Daily News:

Enviro rules prevent man from going green. Try to be more ecology-minded & you could be fined for violating other conflicting eco-regulations.

Backyard pizza oven cooks up trouble with community ban. Having trouble with your backyard BBQ because of over-excessive regulation?

From "Telegraph.co.uk:" Prince Charles 'eco-town' given green light. Community-level ecology.

Does 'climate change' mean 'changing data'?. In short, who can you trust with climate data? Old data being used (& perhaps even manipulated) by pro-ecology groups, or even agencies (like NASA) who claim that the old data was "incorrect" & needs adjusting?

What's all this mean, considering the title of this thread? It means that there's another development in how the "authorities" will be able to impose more government upon you without your consent: "All for your own Good," of course. The major statement here is: When the body of laws arbitrarily expands beyond the cause for Justice, then everything the People do becomes potentially illegal. This is another way to hold fear over the People & impose Unjust Rulership.

There needs to be an 'individual and ppl consideration' evaluation for anyone in or going into government.

It seems that the majority of ppl in government have no sense of consideration.

The difference between common law - that which is not prohibited is permissible - and Napoleonic law - that which is not permitted is prohibited.

Theoretically, we are a common law country, but it gets to be more like we're not, daily.
