Different colors of post number indicator?

Just wondering if the different colors you see on members post number bars mean something or not. I've seen the orange ones, and they seem to be for mods and administrators, but I saw a light red (not pink) one and wondered what that was for.

Ah the little bar color.

Its when you have made a good thread or post that the forum staff think is good...they award you with insider appaluse...each time you get one the little grey bar will start to go red the more you get the more the color deepens.

asala is correct. I actually just learned this today from Kano.

but does orange become red?

how could someone making few posts rack up so many nods from the mods?

you would think they would be major contenders for TWATS every month too?

Maybe because they spend time on their posts and post high quality material?

This is often the case, TWATS however does seem to be slanted towards the more frequent posters, more chances for someone to click 'vote'

When you get around 5/6 you start t notice the color change a little

I myself have gotten only 3 of these little insider appreciation points.

As for the orange bar, that's for mods only

As for frequent posters being most eligible for TWATS, that's a yes and a no. Some posters, while they have posted more in a shorter amount of time, just simply don't have the chance for TWATS that such frequent posting would suggest.
