Seriously though, this had to be tougher on the mods than it was on the members. They get a pat on the back and so do the amigos for their hard work during all this.

Is it posts ARE back, or is it posts IS back?
The word is plural, but the feature is singular.
LOL.. just messing..

It's a great feature, and a good way to find the other things your favorite writers might be saying in other forums. I too appreciate the work that has been done to bring this back.

"Doh!" - The thread button is gone at the bottom of each post.
That was useful in long threads where you only wanted to see that members contribution to a thread. (i.e. John Lears post in one of his threads, etc.)

Now you will have to sort through all the post together, and its limited to the past 180 days, so it doesnt quite work how the thread button did. (I dont mean threads started, but again, seeing post of just one individual in a thread.)

Makes it easier to locate certain comments for reference. (i.e. like in the hoax thread where Springer said O.P. said they were hoaxing...never saw the post till I hit the 'thread button' as there were to many pages to sort through and I overlooked it initially.)

edit: although you can see it once you click on post and then click on "in thread".
Wonder what will happen past the 180 days. I suppose if that user is active you will still be able to see all post made by them in the thread.

If that is the case, then no problem...

Nope, not missing. That button is never there if a thread is one page only. When this thread gets to page two, you'll notice the "thread" button appearing below each posts.

As happy as our members are to see this function back, I am sure that the staff are just as, if not more. This is a great function and it wasn't easy to navigate without it.
