I only get the error page after the chat window has opened then I x out of the ats error page that comes up!
Do you get a white pop up chat window at all?

Go to the ATS website and then go to chat. You can't get in from BTS directly.

could you tell me what operating system your using? (windows xp, windows vista, mac etc?)

also what web browser are you using for looking at ATS?

I dunno, it usually opens a new window that says this page no longer exist but, the chat window still works!

I use the chat button at the top of the BTS recent posts!
