British Columbia Registers Extraterrestrials?

If he lands in BC, ET will need an ID:

2.1 23120 - EXTRATERRESTRIAL REGISTRATION AND TRACKING
2.2 Records relating to the registration of extraterrestrial visitors to the province. An extraterrestrial is any sentient being originating from another planet, regardless of appearance or ancestry.

There's liberals in our Gov. and Canada's, that get paid big bucks to sit around and make up silly laws and whatnot. These are people that can't do a legit job, and are put into these 'jobs' by family/friends w/ real power. A good example of this in the US is the Ad Council. They come up w/ clever ways of telling people to do obvious things, that you should already know. I get a big laugh when I hear them.

Total waste of money.

I would love to believe this ET law in BC was based on some real knowledge, but I doubt it.

This is NOT a real law. As the post above pointed out it's only a SAMPLE of the Administrative Records Classification System or ARCS (whatever the hell that is).

Nobody is wasting money with this, and I for one am happy to know that some government officials still have a sense of humor.
