hi, i posted this in another thread but it got buried in spam. BBC sky at night programme about the last man on the moon Eugene Cernan- 30 mins long. Eugen gives his account of the apollo program and what he thinks of current space missions. One for the apollo believers

Last man on the moon,.... for now. The future of man is deep space. The moon is only a stepping stone. We'll return there, and then travel beyond, far beyond.

Anything less and we stagnate and die.

NGC2736 i agree, if mankind does not colonize other planets we are destined to become extinct- its only a matter of time
