In 1974 Kissinger sponsored the National Security Study Memorandum 200. That study proposed injectable contraceptives for women in poor countries of economic interest to the US.

In 1989 under a Rockefeller grant a substance was produced in India known as HCG for short which causes sterility in women.

This substance was found to have 'contaminated' vaccines used on women in the Phillipines in 1995.

In 2000 with the support of the Bill and Melinda Gates and Rockefeller foundations as well as various NGOs the Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunisation was launched.

The target countries of this group's attention include Mexico, Egypt, Columbia, Brazil, Thailand, Pakistan , India and Indonesia to name a few. 2+2= ?
