Hi Palehorse,
Another excellent and informative post. Much of this, I've been aware of, but this certainly brings it current and combines a lot of what's come before. To me, the NOA sounds similar to the OIA (Office of Information Awareness), if you remember that effort by John Poindexter. I wonder if this also includes the "Wolverine" type of computer analysis system as a component. I would almost be surprised if not.

BTW, on another thread, I suggested a form of protest that might provide people with a new, peaceful voice, less all the annoying pepper spray and nightsticks. Here's a link with more details just a few posts down. As someone who's certainly kept an eye on peaceful protest and it's results, I'd be very interested in your opinion, both about the idea/effectiveness/repercussions and also, if you believe it makes sense, what candidate cause might get a large enough number of people to participate, making the first effort a success. Thanks.
