(I'm sorry for being so dopey and posting a new thread; this forum works differently than the ones I am used to, and I'm not sure how to delete the

Question for Mr. Spiner:
All though occupations in theater, film and television are generally viewed as frivolous, there is concern that aesthetics, especially those in the
aforementioned media, shape our existence in ways that we do not realize. Do you think, Mr. Spiner, that deconstructing the current American culture
through an aesthetic discourse is a worthwhile endeavor, and if so, how should that discourse be modeled, at least on a general level?
