Well I wonder if this is just a little tester for future bigger attacks.

'A "sophisticated cyberattack" has been detected at Oak Ridge National Laboratory over the last several weeks, and authorities suspect the hackers are based in China.'

The shooting down of the satellite, the submarine and the aircraft carrier and cyber terrorism. Them good old boys are strutting their stuff this weather.
