I'm new to the posting side of things here, but have been enjoying your conversations for at least a year. I would like to pose the following idea:

UFO, Aliens and the like, while they do seem real, are simply a deception.

I know it's been posted about aliens being demons or falling angels and what-not. But consider that there is a God in heaven and a Devil who are at odds with on another. If you, then being one who believes in God, and creation, witness's a UFO. What then will that do to your belief in God? What if you believe in God as creator, and aliens make contact with (supposed) proof that THEY planted the seeds of life on earth? Would that destroy your faith in a creator God?

If the enemy of God could steal his people away with a grand deception, it would be a big win for him, would it not?

It's not my intent to start a God - Anti-God war here. Just conversation.

You bring up an interesting point, but only for those that truly believe in Christianity. I am agnostic. I am because I find some much of the bible hard to believe. I don't believe the God (creator) of the Universe sat inside a burning bush and told this group to go kill that group. See my point. I therefore believe that Alien races have the capability to travel amongst the stars because they are possible a million or more years advanced than we are. Our civilization is truly 12-15,000 years old. Nothing if you compare it to the age of our planet.

The only link between god an aliens is the fact that people want to believe. People want to believe in god, and people want to believe in aliens. It makes them feel like there is something out there.

In my opinion, and I don’t want to piss anyone off, neither exist. People need to believe in something to make them feel better, make them feel needed, make them feel like there is a purpose in life.

Don’t get me wrong, I think there is a purpose in life, it depends on the individual.

If the aliens created us, then that begs the question who created them? We are back to square one. It's quite possible God is the same to the aliens as us (an unknown quantity/entity).

I've also read experiencer/abductee accounts saying that the aliens are actually able to communicate with God (I have no idea how they do this, if it's by means of technology or spiritual advancement)...

I hope you mean "I don't believe they've visited." Most scientists believe extraterrestrial life exists elsewhere.

As far as this theory of ET's being a deception, it's nothing new. Honestly, I think the majority of people would be more willing to accept being a creation of God rather than aliens.

Yeah, i meant the alien life form that is generally believed to have landed. I agree that some form of life is out there. Although that might be a plant that walks.

William Lyne makes it abundantly clear in his books that UFO's being of Alien origin is the Geat Big Lie perpetrated by a sucession of administrations the world over to hide their real origins.

Aliens are the cover story basically to hide the fact Tesla designed the technology behind their propulsion and the Germans developed the concept into craft enmasse during the final stages of WW2. Operation paperclip saw that all the scientist's and hardware made it to the USA were they were further developed.

The fact that the nearest habitable system is so far away for even craft that can fly just under light speed to reach us within millions of years does not detract its possible they exist...although using Occams Razor its safe to deduce a more terrestrial origin is likely with the technology coming from the only species producing technology now here on Earth...Man!
