On a good night, you can see maybe, 3000 stars in the Milky Way...

According to current knowledge/ therory...

Q: How many stars are there in the Milky Way Galaxy?

A: A hundred billion

B: 200 billion

C: More than we have currently been able to count. Possibly 400 billion
