Can Anyone tell me about the IRC? I stumbled across this while looking for maps of North America. It certainly looks like these guys are all hopped up on the idea of making Canada, the US and Mexico into a single country. I also found this copy of an Energy Bulletin describing more of the "how's" and "Why's" of integrating the three countries.

Interesting stuff...
