MSN problems

I a m running xp and have "msn messenger live" Iv'e tried everything I can think of when I go to log in to it the msn only stays open for 3 seconds, and then up pops a box saying send error report or not to. It's been like this for 2 days now I removed the programme gone to msn and tried the repair and now am lost anyone out their can help me at all?

Try reinstalling the Microsoft .NET Framework. I'm not sure if this will fix it, but I do remember having a similar problem fixed that way.
