A BIG "Hello" from Furnace_Man

This place is huge, kind of overwhelming.
If you can't tell, I'm in the heating and cooling business. LOL I don't own the business, I'm the parts manager, webmaster, computer repair tech, and all-around fix it guy.
I have an interest in the topics covered here mainly because I've seen a couple of weird lights in the sky and I also think I've heard the "Bigfoot scream". Saw a couple of things that some might call ghosts also.
Not sure exactly what I believe just yet, the things I saw and heard didn't sit there long enough for me to study them for any length of time.
I hope I'll fit in, the controls seem pretty self explanatory.
