I personally found this pretty interesting :



When engineers flick the switch to turn on the world's fastest supercomputer later this year it will be capable of chewing its way through 1,000 trillion calculations every second.

I find this pretty interesting... but whether or not they are going to use it any time soon is still unknown to me... would anyone care to join a thought ?

Just wait till they come out with laser based puters in the very near future. Or quaantum computers. Will turn everything we currently know on its head.
