I'm from Las Cruces, I didn't see it, but it's a pretty good video.



Looks like it's a green fireball dancing in the sky.

The green blob looks to be displaying motion similar to what Bob Lazer said about some of the area 51 flying saucers, except it is the same color the whole time.
