It was obvious in the original video posted in this thread that David Snyder did not resist arrest. Nevermind that marshall Tiller never advised him that he was being arrested.

Either way, David Snyder was in HAND RESTRAINTS!
Where is the justification to repeatedly punch a man in his face while he is in restraints?

Looks like the corruption is running rampant in Roseland.

EDIT: Nevermind he was not in restraints at the time of being punched... but according to him he was knocked unconscious when Tiller threw him through the door. When he woke he was being punched.

They charged him with resisting and disorderly conduct, both of which would only have occurred after the assault by Jack Tillman.

It seemed obvious to me that Jack Tillman is loyal to the family of the other councilmember involved in the dispute. And the assault by Jack Tillman was an act of revenge possibly due to hearing the daughter of the other councilman making several comments which suggest that.

There is no justification for this. It is simply a prelude to the "Red October" they've got planned when lots of US citizens will find themselves being subjected to police attacks and torture by taser.

Odds are this council member was trying to end corruption by the police, and this was the police response.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out that David Snyder is an obnoxious instigator who makes a lot of trouble but that is beside the point.

It in no way justifies anything these people did to him.

I can't believe the story concocted by Ted Penn, when it was all videotaped.

Just ridiculous.

David Snyder was on his way to jail before he ever arrived at the meeting, no doubt.

Notice the witnesses saying "What happened, did you trip and fall?"
They all wanted this to happen.

This is merely an example of what Jesus coincidentaly told all of us was coming. WE run our lives via ignorance, and let others handle the important factors in our lives, the powers and principalities are the corruption, and create the need for more restriction, and also creating the polar opposite they term as crime. The whole system is based in the english fraud and tyranny and needs to be stopped. Most people get it, not enough. Stop using money, start community volunteerism, defend your homeland and freedom, not freedom via pay me and ill let you live mentality. This is systemic people.

these cops are going to far with what they call "duty" are we forgetting...they WORK FOR US!..if people dont get a grip on this we will loose it like we lost "OUR" government.

and just incase anyone forgot.. the gov. WORKD FOR US!.. it's not the other way around. how and when this switch was made is beyond me.. but what needs to be don is to get things back in the working order as they once were.

I'm calling the police department anyway, 830pm EST. Ofc. Tiller and all others like him must be thrown in jail.
Disgusting.

From watching the video I noticed two things, the police initiates the take down with no contact against him. You see him lunge towards the councilmen.

Second, you hear the crash of them hitting the door, the timing from when the police lunges and the door is hit is very short, not enough time for councilman to have thrown a punch.

Now he might have thrown one on his way to the ground outside, but it just does not add up.

Firstly... the comment above is dead on...

David is nothing but an instigator and a jerk to be honest. (at the very best he has a HORRIBLE tact when it comes to communication...) BUT He did not deserve to be escorted out of the building by an officer who after being called a bully, shoves David and in turn throws his head first into a plate glass door. The reflection does make this OBVIOUS. The punches to the back of the head would have been absolutely unnecessary as the hit to the door had to of knocked David out cold. This cop is a P.O.S.

It's sad. They've (being the corporations that control America) orchastrated this mass complacentcy with their mega fast-food restaurants and controlled media programming. This is evident in the Florida University Student's video. The audience sits there stagnent while a fellow student is removed and tased for asking the wrong question in a condemning manner.

They'd have been picking up their teeth with broken fingers...

Seriously though, I think the American youth are becoming zombie's (due to the junk food and precribed pills) and it takes something like these above events for people to break the spell.

Ours do... and legally their guns are bigger.

I watched all the clips of this and can't believe the guy who described the attack on the POLICEMAN. Were they super ninja moves, faster than the speed of light? The policeman attacked from behind IMO. It's disgusting and almost NAZI-like. In fact, they were all disgusting people. What's in the drinking water there. RAGE virus?

I'm really surprised that more and more white people are being beaten with impunity by the police and it's getting this kind of attention/reaction.

It reminds me of the white couple that recently got arrested in Baltimore for simply being lost in a bad neighborhood. It was all over the news, the local conservative media picked it up (and rallied against it) and I couldn't help but think of the tons of small stories I'd read of similar things happening to minorities all around the city that are simply disregarded as if it's commonplace. Worse stories actually.

I think that the only way this will change is if we get a few white Rodney King beat-downs in the press. The general public unfortunately cannot truly empathize with a terrible event unless they are reminded that it could be them or someone they know.

Police brutality has always been a major problem and it's nothing new, except to those who are privileged enough not to notice it. If this attack by officers makes some believe we're moving toward a police state then where were you for the last 100+ years?

I'm shocked at all kinds of brutality and the flesh colour has nothing to do with how I feel. It makes no difference to me. When I see someone being attacked unfairly I feel it no matter who they are.

I live close to South Bend, which Roseland is just north of. This deal with Snyder and the town council has been going on for along time. He and another guy got in a fight, over whatever stupid no life little men fight about. There is usually a weekly news report on about snyder and the stupid roseland town council. I know there is talk about south bend absorbing roseland, blah blah blah. I dont know if snyder is trying to bring that to life, or what the hell is going on. Regardless of him being an ass or whatever else people want to call him, what that cop did to him was unacceptable.

Alot of the cops around here have that mentality though. A friend of my wife was at a bar, something happened with the bill, drinks she didnt order were on there, she disputed it. The cops were called, and this one JBT came in there, she was trying to explain her point, he got in her face pointed his finger at her and told her to shut the F up. She asked him nicely please dont talk to me like that, and it was on after that. She is a tiny girl, but this guy felt like he had to drag her, all the while her asking him to please slow down because she was in high heels and couldnt keep up. He got her to the car and slammed her into the hood, and hauled her to jail. The BS drunk in public charges were dropped, but like I told my wife she needs to go after that SOB, if not he will just keep doing crap like that. This was all witnessed by credible people, people in the justice system, so she could have nailed his ass to the wall. I am so glad I wasnt there, I would probably have a battery on a police officer charge right now.

That is just the tip of the iceberg with how the police around here conduct business. I think all the time, man if this is happening here, it is happening everywhere, and it pisses me off. Something needs to be done, and all you calling this police department and every other police department that misbehaves is definitely on the right track. They need to know we arent taking it anymore, they need to be held accountable for their actions.

I have to go to work so I can't post the links right now. Do a Google search for - Roseland Police department Indiana - without quotation marks. Enjoy. The state is fully aware of that tiny town and its problems. It is under investigation and lawsuits for many things. You will have fun for hours reading about this. A little piece of hell on earth. I'll bet this turns into a TV Movie.
