I never saw these pictures before so I thought I'd share them. Quite a different prospective of the shuttle launch.

These are pictures that were taken from the International Space station, according to the caption.

Not to burst any bubbles - but if you follow the linky, you will see they are taken from a chase plane. Other clue is that the platform taking the pics is still in the atmosphere as it's still blue....

Yeah, your right, the pictures weren't taken from the ISS but a chase plane. I must have skipped right over that when I found these pictures.

Still great pictures though.

(actually, that's why a wrote, "according to the caption". It seemed to me that the pictures were taken far too low to have been taken from the ISS)
