List of points, please?

Can I please see the full list what actions gives points?
I've never understood the system. Not that it really matters but it would be nice to know. Do I get more points for starting a thread than posting a reply? Does the stars/flags give any points?

A nice preussian list would be wonderful.

Applauses give 500 points all the time now I think, except in AP where they are worth 1500.
