It's just the PHASR, it's been around for a while now. Laser dazzlers aren't new either, a number of companies have made such non-lethal weapons

One thing I wonder about the PHASR though... why does it have to be so huge?! There are dazzlers out there that are much smaller, some small as a pistol.
