This case might set a precedent allowing large companies to silence critics, hopefully no such thing will ever happen. I hope for a continued free speech web.

Don't the Austrians have freedom of speech like us Americans do?

In the good ol' USA, anyone can sue anybody for any reason. It's great to see American legalese being applied around the world.

He can probably prevail as the internet site owner and not as the party responsible for the posting. Of course, she will have thousands of dollars, or whatever their currency is, in legal costs which may bankrupt him.
